Invitation to participate a tender of “External Evaluation of the project Capacity building of industry associations serving engineering companies in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan”.
CLEANTECH LATVIA announces a competition for procurement of “External Evaluation of the project Capacity building of industry associations serving engineering companies in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan”.
The objective of the order is to conduct a qualitative assessment of the project goals and its impact on the construction industry in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. The analysis will also report on the level of involvement and effects of the intervention on different groups of final beneficiaries within the sector and in both countries. Furthermore, the analysis will contribute to the development of effective strategies for future initiatives.
CLEANTECH LATVIA is implementing the project in collaboration with partners, the Uzbekistan Association of Engineering Consultants “UZACE” and the Kazakhstan Republic’s Water Supply and Sanitation Companies Association “Kazakhstan SU Arnasy”.
