CB2East is drawn up for promotion of the Central Baltic Sea region’s competitiveness by creating commercially focused open innovation platforms for cooperation between Latvian and Finnish companies. The main focus is on energy efficiency and water management solutions and their need in Northwest Russia and Central Asia.
CLEANTECH LATVIA within the project cooperates with the Finnish Water Forum which operates only in the water sector and have removed the unit from the Finnish clean technology cluster Cleantech Finland, whereas the Green Net Finland is operating in the areas of environmental monitoring and urban environmental energy efficiency, representing the Cleantech Finland in Helsinki region.
